How Much Exercise Is Good Enough Per Week?

I’m 19, 131 pounds, 5 foot 4 and a half. I eat fairly well, not the healthiest but not the worst. I don’t drink pop or eat very many unhealthy snacks. Anyways, how much exercise, in hours, would be good for me per week? I would do workout videos, walking, nothing hardcore, just basic exercise. Thanks!

lift 1 hour a day 5 days a week and run 30 mins everyday
If you are just gonna do cardio videos I would say about an hour a day 3 – 4 days a week.
