    Stick to a serving size (i.e. one tablespoon), which will run you about 120 calories (give or take a few). Pour that amount into a little cup and brush it on. Then you know you will not be consuming more, only probably slightly less since some will stick in the brush. Olive oil is great for heart health, however it still has to be treated like any other fat.
