    you can lose about 2 lbs every week, anymore than that then your body will most likely gain it all back as soon as you start. my diet tips are make sure you eat breakfast every morning dont skip it. this will help start up your metabolism. each five small meals each day and never eat past 7pm. Get a diary to keep track of the total calories you take in each day (depends on your weight and height). Go to a website that calculates your BMR and try to take in 200-300 less calories than that number each day. Also excercise 30 min each day. if you follow these steps you will lose the weight
