No, where the hell did you hear that? I can do that, and I have severe carpal tunnel syndrome, and going to have surgery….sheesh
haha no! that is absolutely not true your wrist size only tells your overall body frame size but does not indicate your physical condition at all,you can be obese and still wrap ur finger around ur wrist since there is very little fat storage around the wrist bone.
I study Fitness and Nutrition, and have never heard such a thing.
No, it just tells you what frame size you have. It doesn’t have anything to do with your level of fitness.

Evidentally not… I can wrap my fingers around my wrist, but I came onto this part of the site because I am in desperate need of losing weight. So if I can do it, then I don’t think it is true….
