No, it is a wonderful program and not a scam at all. I have been on the program for months. My goal was to lose 70 lbs and I have lost 50 so far just using fat loss for idiots.
It sounds like a scam because you have to pay for it BUT it is actually a good program. You only pay for it once. So, you the $40 or $50 (I can’t remember) and you can log on as many times as you want to change menu. So, if you want to do this a couple of times a year to lose some extra weight for a big event, the cost doesn’t seem so bad. I think it really depends on how much weight you want to lose.
I can’t speak for anyone else, only my own experience with the program but I can’t say enough good things about this.

They review online diet programs… I think the Strip That Fat diet has a slightly better rating and it comes with a diet generator too. But both of them work.
