My 24 Hour Fitness Membership Was Revoked Can I Get My Money Back?

My membership to 24 hour fitness was revoked because I had diarrhea in the pool. I don’t feel that this is right but I can I sue them for my money back since I got the year membership pack?

Well technically yes, if they didn’t fulfill their end of the bargain (a year’s worth of membership) then you are entitled to it back unless it otherwise states in your contract.
Now here’s a caveat. They can also go after you legally for the cost of re sanitizing the pool since you were irresponsible for going in there with diarrhea. Now being a big corporation they probably won’t but yeah they could.
My suggestion just contact their customer service and request your money back.
Figure they used the money from your membership to empty, clean, sanitize and refill the pool. Nevermind paying someone to have to do that work and exposing them to whatever illness you were suffering from. Count your blessing they only kicked you out.
The socail condemnation of being called “Diarrhea Man” should be of more concern to you than your money back.
