HI am a 18 year old female who is 5′3 114 lbs. I want to lose at least 5 pounds. I cant lose the weight because I can only exercise for 15 minutes due to calf pain. Do I have a potassium problem or and protein problem ?

You may have knots in the muscles of your calves. Magnesium is very good for proper muscle function and I found that this helped me when I injured my calf during a cramp. Other body salts are also good like potassium (staminade is very good). I also had some knots in both my calves. I went to the doctor and he sent me to a physio who used massage, exercises, stretches, and support bandaging. Oh and she even used acupuncture into the muscle which is very unusual. But after suffering for so long trying to get better by myself she fixed me up within about 4 weeks.

P.S. – Sorry, forgot to tell you great post!
What kind of calf pain? Cramping? That could be water or potasium. Something a bottle of gatorade before working out could fix. Try some non-leg workouts. a 10 minute ab/core routine – things like that.
Do you stretch proparly?? If not check that site out for tips.
