The weight loss setting is less of a workout, and your heart rate is lower, while the cardio setting is much more of a workout. Is the cardio setting less efficient at burning fat for some reason, even though you burn more calories?

How Can I Get My Gerbil To Get On Her Exercise Wheel More?

I currently feed her Ecotrition hamster/gerbil food and 3 Kaytee yogurt drops for treats along with a slice of lettuce though i think i will lay off that because she’s starting to get overweight and i don’t think its healthy. I let her out in her exercise ball 25-30 minutes every morning and every evening. She goes on her exercise wheel but only for like 1-2 seconds. What should i do?Thanks!

What To Wear To An Interview At 24 Hour Fitness?

I have an interview tomorrow with 24 Hour Fitness and I’m just curious what I should wear. I’ve applied for the position of Sales Counselor so it’s not like I’m going to be running in the gym with people or whatever… any advice?

If A 500lb Person Exersicse Or Lift Weights Before They Go To Sleep Would That Speed Weight Loss During Sleep?

Extra Exercise To Help Flabby Lower Abdomen?

I am trying to loose 100lb, I have lost 30 so far, (exercise and diet). I have lost cm all over (30cm this month – biggest loss at the gym this month!), but the excess fat on my lower abdomen seems to be getting flabbier (if that is a word). I am not looking for short cuts, but I want to know if there are any extra exercises to help with the lower abdomen, and what should I do about supporting the flab as the diet and exercise continue to work.
I have Crohn’s, which has made any constriction or abdominal exercise impossible in the past, and that is what I think has caused the blubber to settle there. So now the Crohn’s is not causing any problems, I need to learn how to work these muscles again.
I am also using a skin firming moisturising cream, and it seems to be helping on my arms and thighs.
I am going to the gym (Curves) 4-5 times a week (30 min), swimming when I can, walking 3-4 times a week, and using ‘The Bean’ 4-5 times a week.
