What Is A Good Diet To Follow When Trying To Lose Weight?
i’m not fat but i have some excess fat that i think i could use losing. with summer around the corner i’m looking to get it off fast! i’m 5′ 10” or 11” and probably weigh about one fifty or so… i play volleyball two times a week for three hours and almost every other weekend. i try to run everyday but recently i’ve only been running every other day. i’m just wondering what a good diet is for me. what exactly should i cut out of my diet? what should i look for when deciding what to avoid. thanks!

What Is A Good Diet To Accompany Intense Cardio And Strength Training?
The diets I usually find are ones for people that don’t excerise that much, except for the 30 minute cardio. I’m looking for a diet that will help me lose fat but not lose needed energy for intense strength training and cardio. (And I’m currently 15, Male, 150 pounds, 5’6) Any suggestions?

1. Start your diet with a detox. Your body is full of toxins and waste due to the way you eat. 15. If you must cook your vegetables, don’t cook them in butter or oil, you’ll ruin them. Try cooking them in broth or better yet, lightly steam them with water.
