Please do not give me milkshake, soup recipes or anything that has alcohol. I need some good ideas to keep me from burning out on what I do know I can have now. The reason I am on this diet is because my mouth is wired shut. I have a broken jaw bone.

In college I used exercise bikes frequently and it really helped my stamina when I ran long distances. Im just wondering if the exercise bike helps shed some stomach fat.

What type of exercise can improve my spirometry results?
I fail my spirometry twice done five days apart. MY spirometry result is FEV1 74. I think I done my best for the spirometry. I jog regularly. I am 43 years old. I do not have asthma. How much improvement can this exercise have on my spirometry results.

I was thinking about getting a personal trainer – we have a Fitness Together Club RIGHT by my house. Does anyone know what they charge – just approximately? I just don’t want to go in without having a small clue of what they would charge me.
