How can a politician become a minister before medical certificate because medical fitness is necessary for a govt job in India? How can they except. Because they are misusing of our money and going for unnecessary surgery to abroad.

No. They would just pay a bribe for the report.
The question is asked at the nick of time.The constitution of india does not provide any rule for the same but it is a fact that if medically unfit person gets elected then it is quite doubtful that how hard he can work for the upliftment of his LAC.It is also to be noted that as he is elected to be a member therefore it is his primary duty to increase revenue mobilization from his area so that the govt income can be enriched. Instead of doing the same if he engages himself in spending govt fund in a way that no resource can further be created from that then it is nothing but the misappropriation of public fund. These kind of unfit MPs are required to go for medical treatment from their own source of income and not spending rather public fund.
you are right, even all the politicians should have the eligibility with medical fittness certificate,you see why all these ministers are so old and afterall they can’t protect themself without the security, I think all the ministers should be enough fit to protect themself atleast.and the age should be permitted to 60.
