Sometimes it’s very difficult to get rid of fat, particularly belly fat, isn’t it? You lose weight but somehow the bump remains. No matter what you try and do nothing seems to shift your unwanted fat. Is there anything you can do about this? Yes there is.

The Best Way to Remove Stubborn Belly Fat

if you have been successful in losing some weight and your belly still remains, you should think about doing some exercises to strengthen your stomach muscles. Everybody today is talking about strengthening their ‘abs’. Keeping your stomach muscles in trim is something you should always try and do. Why? Because it makes you look better, it helps your posture and it helps to prevent you having back problems.

Do exercises for your top abdominals and for your lower abdominals. There are some very simple floor exercises that will help you do this.

Are you drinking enough water? You lose over 3 ½  pints(2 liters) of water naturally every day. Are you replacing that water? If the answer is no, then your body will be storing whatever water it can get its hands on a because it needs water to make your system work. You should consider drinking at least 4 ½  pints of water every day. Once you start drinking the right amount of water your body will readjust This is very likely to result in a loss of weight. 

You should also examine what you are eating and how much you are eating. Be honest with yourself and go through what you eat everyday and see that there isn’t something that is causing you not to lose weight. It could be the amount of sugar you’re eating. Are you eating lots of sugary foods? What about your salt intake? Are you eating more than 4g of salt every day? If you are then there’s every likelihood that you may be bloated.
