What Are The Physical Fitness Requirements For A Women In The Navy Reserves?

I had a baby 3 months ago and am seriously considering the navy reserves but need to know the physical fitness (PT) requirements for a women… I’ve talked to a recruiter and he wont tell me until i sign. I’m not signing until my daughter is one but i would like to start training now… PLEASE HELP?!?

The standards for the Reserves are the same as for Active Duty.
Since you have a child, do you also have a non-military spouse living with you? If not, you may be required to surrender legal custody of your child before you will be allowed to join.
