What Comes With The P90x Fitness Program?

I purchased the P90X fitness program off of EBAY the other day and wanted to make sure that I have all the instructions/materials etc. that I am supposed to get with the P90X off the actual “as seen on TV” website. Can someone just give me a list of all of the stuff it comes with to make sure I everything before I start?

    Liz, included with the P90X Program are 12 Workout DVDs, Nutrition Guide (very Important), and the Fitness Guide…you also need to download the PDF file workout sheets.
    You will also need:
    1. Dumbbells or Resistance Bands
    2. Pull-Up Bar
    3. Yoga Mat
