		<description>do yoga or beginers taebo...and i know this sounds lame but richard simmons tapes are great for older people. you get a good workout at a slower less vigorous pace.</description>

		<description>This might sound kind of weird but i suggest you buy her Wii Fit, she probably doesnt have a wii but you could go to blockbuster and check it out rent a wii and the game im sure that would be good my mom loves it ! lol ..</description>

		<description>Hello Non sequitur  - Great job helping your mom. Exercise @ her pace, encourage range of motion. Use your routines if she likes. Exercise seated, reclining or in water what is fun,  least painful.  Moving slowly helps work balance. Treadmill or stationary bike work cardio @ ones pace.
 My fave story is about sick man in nursing home. He improves him self with exercise &amp; life-style change. Chinese practice Bagua,  Tai Chi and live healthy until age 100.</description>
