Okay. so I’ve always been into soccer. but lately this summer. I’ve been taking it more seriously. I play everyday for around 2 hours. but halfway through I am usually fatigued and I feel week. I really want a diet that helps improve and enhance my game. So what is the best diet for a soccer player? O and I am a fifteen year old female.

    pasta every night! it’s got great carbs for you, and seeing as you are playing hard each day, you’ll burn it right off. carbs break down and give you that burst of energy you’re lacking in! oh and be sure to get some good proteins in as well and plenty of water.

    If you are interested only in improving your game, and not body comp, then you’ll want a good amount of carbs to keep your glycogen levels topped off. You should consider eating or drinking something with carbs DURING the game to make sure you keep your levels up.
