What Is A Good Diet Pill To Aid In The Weight Loss Process That Has Minimal Neg. Side Effects?

By Diet | Sep 25, 2009

Most diet pills are appetite suppressants, which Im not looking for. Im basically looking for a pill that aids in the weight loss process. I suppose a metabolism booster or fat burner, that won’t cause serious heart problems. I already work out 5-7 days a week and eat pretty healthy (I consume around the minimum calorie amount, 1200 calories). However, I am having trouble getting past a wall. Any suggestions would be extremely helpful : )

    CLA
It is all natural and is found at GNC
Take 2 capsules 30 minutes before you eat anything at all.

    diet pills don’t work.
you see the ads on tv that say they do, and the people on there that say it’s helped them, but loosing weight is just more than taking a pill a day to loose it. the people had to work to loose it. like exercizing and eating right. the pills are just a scam to get people to spend money on something that won’t work at all.

I would avoid Alli.. while it sounds like a good idea it blocks the absorbtion of fat. The fat still has to go somewhere….and the result is anal leakage. Of course they aren’t going to put THAT on the package now are they? .
I would avoid anything that blocks fat.. I use thermal ultra burn which just makes you burn more when you work out. It has mostly natural ingrediants.

The only over-the-counter weight loss pill that is FDA approved is Alli, which blocks the absorption of some of the fat you eat. It has side effects, as all weight loss drugs do, but again, it’s the only one FDA approved.

No supposed weight loss pills don’t have severe negative side effect and they don’t actually help. So don’t take a pill.

I’d be more concerned with over training, over a diet pill. 5 days a week is fine, but if you are truely doing 7 days a week you can possibly be overtraining. If you work out Mon-Fri, take Sat & Sun off.
Like the previous responder, Alli has nasty side effects & the others have limited results. Most diet pills (after banning ephedra) are merely caffine pills that give dieters false promises.
Have you discussed you diet and escercise routine with a personal trainer or a physician?
