What Is A Good Diet To Accompany Intense Cardio And Strength Training?
![]() |
The diets I usually find are ones for people that don’t excerise that much, except for the 30 minute cardio. I’m looking for a diet that will help me lose fat but not lose needed energy for intense strength training and cardio. (And I’m currently 15, Male, 150 pounds, 5’6) Any suggestions?

High in protein, low in animal fats.
30% of calories should come from protein, 47 % from carbs and 23% from fat.
