i’m not fat but i have some excess fat that i think i could use losing. with summer around the corner i’m looking to get it off fast! i’m 5′ 10” or 11” and probably weigh about one fifty or so… i play volleyball two times a week for three hours and almost every other weekend. i try to run everyday but recently i’ve only been running every other day. i’m just wondering what a good diet is for me. what exactly should i cut out of my diet? what should i look for when deciding what to avoid. thanks!

Losing weight depends not only on exercise but also diet. While you may consider that you are not overeating or eating junk, your diet may still be ineffective for weight loss. This is because over time our liver becomes clogged and its fat burning function diminishes making it very difficult to shed weight. I do this 8 week diet every year to keep my weight even, and I lose 1-2 kg per week without fail. If you can dedicate 8 weeks to changing your eating habits it will work for you. If you do this in combination with your workout, you will succeed.

But just stick with high in fiber foods, veggies, and eat your fruits!
Eating a bunch of fruit (like three servings a day.) actually kept me alive.
That might sound weird, but the vitamins and everything fruit gives off is stored in your body as healthy sugars and will keep you healthy!

Having some sweets and goodies are okay every now and then, just not all the time. So don’t indulge.
Drink water water water, stay active!
The 5 bite diet. You have 5 bites of each meal so, 5 bites of breakfast, 5 bites of lunch, 5 bites of dinner.
ontop of that do 2 hours of exercise a day. aswell as your normal exercise.
The weight will drop of. And by bites i mean bites not shovel fuls or mouthfuls
