exercise bikes are wonderful for ur legs, they burn fat while firming up the legs! go on a medium level so u are actually forcing ur legs to work and do it 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes each time and do stretching and yoga is good too at same time as well as watching ur diet to rid of the excessive fat.
Walking stairs is a great way to tone your legs!
