What Is The Best Breast Exercise For This Problem?

I don’t have ANY muscles on my body. I’m just meat and bones. I wear a C cup bra and my breasts are not really firm. They’re going to sideways when I don’t wear a bra (more than other womens’)
What is the best exercise move for this problem? It would be great if you can insert a link that shows the exercise. Thanks!

    I had this SAME problem. It made me feel gross.
    the solution is simple.
    Push-ups.
    It tones around your breasts defining them more.
    If you can’t do a full push-up, try doing it on your knees.
    If this is still difficult, bring your knees forward enough until you can do 20 push-ups. (I could barely do one on my knees, but starting with my knees closer helped a lot!)
    After two weeks you will probably be able to do a full push-up AND notice your breasts looking better without a bra.
