If you are really looking for the best diet,
I suggest doing what this mom did and combining the Acai diet with a cleansing program for the best diet resulthttp://saras-the-best-diet.blogspot.com/
It is really hard to maintain a “diet” in college. The food choices are often not the healthiest. Choose foods you know are less greasy, less fat, and more nutritious.
The best way to prevent gaining weight is to work out. Make it a point to work out at the gym, do cardiovascular exercise, or play a lot of sports. Try to stay active and burn the calories you consume.
Also if you are a drinker remember every drink is loaded with calories. You really need to make it up with exercise.
It is best not to think of anything as a “one week diet”. Focus on lifestyle change and making better decisions about food. Drink more water, eat more vegetables (but watch the salad dressings), watch your portion sizes, and exercise consistently (4-5 times a week). You will find that a lot easier to sustain, and you won’t end up complaining about the “sophomore sixteen”
