The easiest way is to take up walking. Grab an iPod or something and put together a playlist of about thirty minutes of high energy music. If you are completely out of shape, aim for three times a week. If you’re not, then up the time to an hour. Find something challenging, but doable.

or get on the bicycle thing where you have to push and pull the handles while riding, i forget the name, but do this as intensely as you can for 15 min 3 days a week
I think pilates and running. But sometimes it can be hard to build up enough endurance for running. Im sure lots of stretching and pilates should do the trick. An ipod might be handy. : )
