Thermogenics are not really that great for you. I took zantrex3 for 6 months and lost 30 pounds as soon as I stopped taking them I gained 25 back in 6 weeks. Trust me dont do it. I hate to say it but eat healthier and exercise is the only way, it sucks, its hard but it works!
I have used a couple of types but I warn you. They will probably make you high as a kite. Your sleeping will become non existent, and although you won’t feel hungry, you will have to force yourself to eat. Although it made me feel more energetic, it also made me light headed and very strange emotionally!! Don’t go there.
