I have been exercising strenously for about three months and have gained a lot in strength and have noticed my state of mind is much better, howevever, I am wondering if I have burnt out for a while as I fell kind of cool all the time. I would certainly appreciate any and all helpful comments.I am wondering if a person should exercise every other day instead of daily.

    daily exercise is best but anything is definately better than nothing. there’s no reason you shouldn’t work out everyday.
    not sure what you mean about feeling “kind of cool” though. do you mean that you feel cold all the time? if that’s the case you should ask your doctor to check your iron levels. intolerance to cold is one of the many symptoms of iron deficiency anemia and working out could aggrevate that condition because of the added stress on your cardiovascular system.
    search WebMD.com for iron deficiency symptoms to see if you have any others and if you do you should get to the doc ASAP. you could also send me an email if you like.

    30-60 minutes of cardio 3-5x per week. If you’re lifting remember to work different muscle groups each lifting session to give your muscles time to heal.

    swich up the exercise you do. like if you run, try swimming. just do something your not used to, itll make you better.

    you should exersize about every other day because if you do it every day sooner or later you will strain yourself
    also try to mix up your exersizes a little because if you do the same thing every week then your body will adapt to your workouts making it harder to build up strength and lose weight and it will also give you that burnt out feeling
