Try vigorous walking for an hour each day.

  • Mrs Tiggywinkle:

I read somewhere that people who take a brisk half hour walk every day get better exercise than someone who goes to the gym a couple of times a week but does little else the rest of the time.
Try walking somewhere instead of driving or going on the bus or walking up and down stairs instead of taking lifts. You can do simple step exercises on your own stairs, try doing it to music. It costs nothing and could actually save you money as well as burning off some of those unwanted calories.

Low-impact aerobic exercise such as walking is ideal for people who wish to lose weight. It replaces jogging and jumping with an activity that places less stress on the joints. As long as you exercise at your target heart rate you will get all the health benefits of aerobic activity, maximising your weight loss whilst decreasing the possibility of injury and it is cheapest means to loose weight

You can take walks or jog, that is free! if you don’t feel like leaving the house to exercise, you can get a mini-trampoline, I got one from walmart that was like $30. It tracks calories, number, of jumps and tracks the mins/hours you’ve been on there. It also comes with these bungees attached to handles for arm strengthening. It’s awesome and I’ve lost a ton of weight from it!

The reason you can’t lose weight has nothing to do with your will-power, over-eating or the right diet! … The reason you are fat and unhealthy is because you have disgusting plaque and horrible little ‘CRITTERS’ living in your guts!”……I have get rid of all of it from me…
Now, lot of ladies look at me…lol….
    Good luck.

your best would follow the heavymotivation.com program. they are probably one of the only legit programs on the web. for 30 bucks you get a lifetime membership. at least a dozen people at my gym follow it religiously and swear it works great. they said its really easy to follow.

  • I found this really good site that has reviews of all the exersice and diet programs on the net. Finally, someone has put all the diets on the web to a test and has ranked them accordingly. Here’s the link:-

Walking, biking, swimming, jogging. Just doing exercise in your home such as situps, stretches, leg lifts, use cans of food for weights.

You own a pair of tennis shoes?
Try jogging, its cheap and effective.

  • sassy24:

    Go jogging.
