To remove bodyfat, consider one or more of the following: exercise regularly, reduce calories or meal size, increase meal frequency, reduce sodium, and drink low-calorie beverages. In addition, a combination of both strength and cardiovascular training will help tremendously.

    sit ups -walking fast pace, bycicling or stationary bike,
    1st running is bad unless you do it on a soft surface-it jogs your body and give shint splints on your leg calf bones. you may consider a tread mill or on dirt tract or sand-if you change your mind on this one.
    2nd if you over eat especialy junk foods-your trying to shovel water against the tide.
    you have tried this and that-and in the end you end up gaining weight.
    ok exercise and eating right is the key-yet doing it you will actually gain weight at first yet you will begin to tone up-because fat will turn to muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. But relax keep it up and you will be leaner and so its not about weight its about looks.
    this will give you the inner fiber and purpose-not to get a guy-cause if you lose him then its about i gave up food for him, so now I will make up food.
    this helped me =not taking care of the body comes from lack of hope. and its a slippery slide that goes faster and faster once on it.
    either way work on prayer-it is a key-and acceptance of Jesus-that gives hope for today and bright hope for tomorrow=
    this works for me=1st realize the source of the problem-what happened ? then face it-if its not directly in your life now-chose to leave it in the past-if not then deal with it with the help of the good Lord.
    Philippians 4:4-20 teaches how not to worry, to pray and to have the power to be content and rejoicing-in that state it is hard to worry=this is how I got to that point in my life-yet its still a daily choice, even moment to moment-who do u trust?=
    what helped me get true security and affermation =a good feeling knowing I am doing good=believing truth=letting Jesus into my heart and serving him. Depression and feelings of insecurity came to me in my failed relationship-yet I had Jesus to comfort me-and help me through the grieving. Life isnt easy, yet Jesus says to take my yoke upon you for my yoke is easy-it is just walking along side of him and letting him pull the emotional load-if we try and pull it -its too much weight, if we try and quit-the wagon hits us laging behind.
