I’ve noticed many people with different reasons of WHY they can’t seem to get/stay fit and/or reach their fitness goals. What would you say is your No. 1 reason for not being able to reach your goal? Is it sticking to a healthy diet? Exercising?

Everyone want FAST result, do not have patience. Also, I personally think unless you are engaged in a group sports activity or has no partner, it gets quite boring to just go for run and lift weight with no purpose. I personally found its most helpful if you had a work out partner, or joined some sports activity like team, or Karate, or Yoga, etc, etc.
no, just family commitments.
Exhaustion.
Temptation. It is all well and good to say that you are going to start a diet on Monday, but 90% of them end up in failure.
good old fashioned bone idleness!!!
I can’t reach my fitness goals because I have none, it is not about having goals, it is about improving, that is why I can’t reach my goals.
Lets see, college, women (which actually works both ways), alcohol, and the food…..
General lethargy ~ Seriously, work commitments make me very tired and at the end of the day I just cannot be bothered so I purchased a treadmill and walk whilst I catch up on what is on the news .
YOU DO! All of the above.
my one reason for not being able to stick to a fitness goal is that i have many better things to improve, such as the ability to spell.
my reason is that i am to lazy
lack of motivation
Mine is losing the weight then thinking I can eat normally and not gain it back. Also I’m an emotional eater. But neither is an excuse I started a diet a few days ago and I can feel the difference emotionally and physically already.
My man, kids, work, friends, dog…nothing to do with me!
OK I’m a lazy mooo!
I just don’t have enough time…
I hate exercising!!! even though I always feel better after
