What Should I Eat Before The Police Fitness Test?

I have my fitness test on Tuesday 2nd of October and I was wondering which foods would e best to eat in order to give me the required energy to run and last longer.
(to my understanding, what you eat can have an impact on your performance…)??
So what.. like red bull and pasta?

(also do i need to eat anything *specific* up to a day or two before the test? or only on the day will it matter? thanks!
