When clothes I hadn’t been able to wear in 10 years were way too big. I thought I’d be happy fitting into them, but I lost more weight and I had to buy a smaller size…which was good because those things were outdated anyway! But I was thrilled because getting into them meant I’d lost more than when I thought I looked ok.
Having more energy.
when I got my body fat measured and it was under 10% – all the hard work felt so vindicated
I would think the best moment in the weight loss is when your partner says to you: “you look so sexy, my little cute kitten” while you’re two are in bed or on street.
not seeing my belly cover up my belt!
I’m pregnant with my first child.. my triumphant moment will be when my digital scale reads 115lbs after a month of giving birth.. but I know that’s not going to happen.. So I’ll be glad to just fit in my “comfy” jeans in 6 months after I have my baby.. which will be about 120-125 lbs.
