i awnt to find a good website were i can get a free fitness program were it tells me what exersises to to and has pictures to show me how so i can get skinny and get muscles. I am getting ready to join the army.

My favorite website is http://www.webmd.com. It has lots of information on eating right and losing weight. If you are looking for a structured program like weight watchers or the Zone diet, I’m not sure. But webmd has some great advice and helped me lose 15 pounds.

if you wanna build muscle fast work out every other day. Do not work out the same muscle group everyday, I didnt get really big until I started doing curls,bench etc every other day…..I got so big so fast it made stretch marks, so be careful.
