    If you eat before you exercise, blood that would be supplying your muscles with oxygen will be also trying to supply your digestive system with oxygen to help digest the food. You will be more likely to cramp up, get indigestion, or other issues.

    You can exercise whenever you want too. I would advise not to workout at least 1-2 hours after eating because you don’t want to get sick!
