Will Coffee Intefere With My Weight Loss Plan?

I am on a weight loss plan to shed about 35 pounds this year. Will drinking a cup of coffee every day slow down my weight loss? I assume that it would be better to use low-fat and low-sugra sweeteners. Any ideas?

    the caffine will help, given you use no calorie sweetner and skim milk

  • if you drink it black, it will actually help you lose fat! caffeine is a proven stimulant(obviously) and also its proven to help burn fat and control hunger(not a drastic amount, but it helps a bit)

    cofee is a stimulant, so i don’t think a cup a day is gonna do anything..but they say a glass of water for every cup of cofee…so make sure to drink plenty of water during the day…
    I don’t believe in getting rid of all the things you love to lose weight…i don’t drink cofee but everywhere it says you can drink cofee but be carefull what you put in it…milk would be okay, and even cream, if it is only once a day,….

    A cup a day is not going to harm your progress. I drink mine black but I suppose low fat or fat free creamer and sweetener would be ideal. There are plenty of Delicious fat free creamers which I have had, I just prefer mine black.
