    For “FAT” loss, any form of cardio since it’s the only form of exercise that your body only burns fat cells for (not carb or protein which can be used for other energy needed actions). So basically running/jogging and bicycling will do the most as well as running up hills. You have to make sure though that you’re putting in the right amount of effort. Around 65% of your maximum heart rate (estimated 220-Age) should be were you’re at while exercising.
