It takes 3500 calories to make a pound so if you over eat by this much each week, you will end up gaining a pound per week. However, if you burn this much a week, you can end up losing a pound a week.

Most of the time, people think that all you need to do is a few sit ups here and there and this is totally not the case. It’s hard to hear but the truth is that if you want to lose weight you have to concentrate on your exercise. Water is also important but that’s really an addition to your diet.

In order to see great results you’ll need to look at your dieting methods and consider getting a calorie defecit for at least 1 lb per week. This means cutting about 500 calories per day from your current diet. However, you should never eat less than 1200 (women) and 1800 (men) if you’re exercising.

You should also add a lot of protein to your diet so that your muscles are able to recover from exercise and build properly. Dieting is quite simple but it’s important to eat a balanced diet. I don’t believe in cutting any food groups whether it’s carbs or fat! You need fat in your diet – just not that much if you want to lose weight.

Overall, dieting and exercise is the only way to lose weight safely but you can also add a diet pill to your diet if you want to see faster results. Most of the time, you’ll lose the most weight from your exercise regime but if you want more then add diet pills or supplements to your diet for fast fat burning success.
