  • These are great foods for weight loss… just keep in mind not to limit yourself with these two only.
    FISH- rich in protein, essential if you wanna make sure you can increase your metabolism by building muscles (muscles are made of amino acis/proteins).
    BROCCOLI – considered as a negative calorie food. Negative calorie foods help in weight loss since you need to spend energy (calories) to digest these types of food! Like you’re burning calories while eating :) great, huh?
    Other negative calorie foods are: cauliflower, garlic, carrots, lettuce, celery, green cabbage, apples, orange, berries, etc.

    I’m not sure to be honest. Brocolli is considered a negative calorie food, but it isn’t as good as something like, say Celery!
    I suggest doing a 3 day juice and apple detox. Nothing but pure, organic apples and apple juice for 3 days. It’l work wonders for your health trust me!
