Does Sleep Have Anything To Do With Weight Loss?

Fat Loss 4 Idiots

I attend a pretty competitive high school, so there are often times i get between 5-6 hours of sleep a night due to after school activities and homework. Whenever I do get more sleep though, I feel like I start to weigh less.
I was wondering if there is actually a correlation between weight loss and sleep, or if it’s just the stress I have from not sleeping the recommended 8 hours a night.

Yep, but it’s not why you think. When you sleep more, you have less time to eat. For example, you may feel hungry at 1 a.m., but if you’re asleep, you’re not gonna give in to your hunger cravings, will ya?

  • well you do lose calories while you sleep but not like ponds or anything and you do grow mostly while you sleep but im just going to say that its all in your mind and your mind is telling you what you want to think.
