    put your arms straight out in front of you. your hands at shoulder level and make fists. then flick your fingers out. do it a million times :) well not a million but just till it burns.. then a little longer. you can then move your arms out to the side and up… (also good for your calfs if you stand on your toes)
    also arm circles.. put your arms out to the sides and make little circles with them then gradually make them bigger.. then smaller again..
