In our society, there’s a lot of false information out there, especially when it comes to fat loss. For example, most people think that in order to lose fat, you need to count calories. This is only half the equation. The other half of the equation is your metabolic rate. Your metabolic rate is a measure of how fast your body burns calories. The faster your metabolic rate, the more fat your burn.
The best way to burn off a lot of fat with bodyweight exercises is to use Interval Training. Interval training is where you alternate between periods of high and low intensity. For example, perform a set ofpushups for 30 seconds straight, followed by a 30 second rest period.
Two of the most common excuses people have for not working out is lack of equipment, and lack of time. But now you can easily create a short workout that lasts less than 20 minutes using bodyweight exercises. You have absolutely no excuse not to workout!
With bodyweight training, I can literally wake up in the morning and get a quick workout right there in my room. It’s one of the most convenient forms of exercise! In fact, I know actually train more often than I used to when I had a gym membership due to the convenience factor.
Ever since I began using bodyweight exercises, I’ve lost a tremendous amount of fat. In fact, I’m getting better results now with bodyweight movements than I was when I joined a gym. The biggest problem I had with gyms is actually getting myself to one.
