Has anyone out there tried the Food Lovers Fat Loss System by Robert Ferguson? I am interested in trying this diet, but can’t really find any legitimate reviews. I would really only prefer people who are actually on this diet or have tried it reply.

my family has–it only works if u walk etcc along with it-its about eating the right foods together instead of a plate full of deep fried chic/onions/fries. do u remember those plates that had meals writtin on them? (like half cup corn-half cup broc-1 cup chic) its like that. it does give alot of dinner ideas tho-if u need help with what to eat with what-its a good program. but it only works with exercise. good luck
