Full Body Workout at Home Without Weights For Fat Loss

Most individuals feel that bodyweight training is a good tool to use when they don’t have any weights available to them. Many gym goers use bodyweight training while on vacation or days where they can’t go to the gym. But the truth is that you can develop a strong, lean and athletic body using 100% bodyweight movements.

I train in my own room, 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Before I started training at home, I was struggling to get myself out of the house and get to the gym. Even though I had a membership to the best equipped gym in town, I  was still fat and out of shape.

Here’s something I realized: The number one secret to fat loss is consistency. And when you don’t have to drive down to a gym, or max out your credit cards buying some expensive home gym you’ll never use, it’s a lot easier to stay on track with your fitness program.

Any you know what? One day, I just got tired of it and started a very basic pushup, pullup, and squat program a friend of mine wrote for me. Since then, I’ve been hooked to bodyweight training. I’ve lost more fat in 3 months of bodyweight training than 3 years of working out at a gym!

In fact, I usually just wake up in the morning, and get a great workout right there in my own bedroom. I still live with my parents, so my bedroom is like this small 10×10 area. I have a nice bed, a book shelf, and a desk. So, my workout space is extremely limited.
