Has Any One Used Cinnamon Capsules For Weight Loss? Did It Work?

I know cinnamon is good for high blood pressure, but I have just read that it also aids in weight loss. Just wondering what were your results.

    cinnamon warms the body and enhances digestion,especially the metabolism of fats.I`ve used it.Yes it helps.Also you could try kelp,lecithin,it breaks down fat ,so it can be removed from the body.5HTP.

    …not cinnamon,…..but try “Cayenne” fruit. LOL , may give a little heartburn if you don’t swallow right, but it does work and helps with the digestion,…….vitamin B6 also is good for a healthy “system” ! g/l, everyone is different!
