Say No To Fad Diets
The reason why fad diets don’t work is because they torture you and they are not sustainable for the long term. We don’t want to lose weight for just 1 month or 2, we want to lose weight for good, we don’t want that weight returning!
If you diet down and lose 10, 20 or even 30 pounds and then stop dieting, what are you going to be going back to eating? Of course you will start up the same old eating habits and then slowly you will put all the weight back on, what good is that?
