I am sort of skinny, I’m like 5’9 and I only weigh around 112. I don’t eat a lot of meats, only chicken, some types of fish, and mouton. I play many sports, I am playing basketball for my high school this summer and doing private lessons for tennis, I do a lot of exercise.

    Jake is right…partially. You don’t need to increase your meat intake. There are proteins available in many, many foods. You can check out http://www.veganbodybuilding.com if you want to see what some vegans (who don’t eat meat, dairy, or eggs) can do with their bodies with diet and exercise.
    Weight lifting is a great option because it also allows you to literally build the body you want. You can sculpt the body that you want. While you don’t need to OMG EAT MOAR MEATZZZ you do need to eat more food in general. If you’re interested in going that route, feel free to email me.

    Well if you want to gain weight you’ll want to do weight training, high intensity of 4 sets 4-6 reps, when you can do all 6 reps all sets move up in weight. You’ll want to increase your meat intake by a lot to increase your protein intake which then in turn will increase your lean muscle%.
