		<description>Well, I quite agree that doing a bit of regular exercise would certainly help your friend.  But you know, motivation has to come from the person themselves.  You could always try a heart to heart with them, and tell them honestly that we all need to move about a bit each day, because it&#039;s really bad for our health to lead an almost totally sedentary lifestyle.
You could try the brutally frank approach, and tell your close friend that he/she is gaining weight and needs to get moving a bit.  Then, before the explosion comes, you could quickly suggest again that you go together to do some exercise each of you would enjoy and that your friend can cope with.  If he/she has been sedentary for a long time now, you need to start gently with 10 or 15 minutes exercise, and build up from there.
But if you try this, and your friend is determinedly resistant, you&#039;ll just have to wait until he/she sees themselves that they need to start changing their life.  I wish you luck!

		<description>say you need a gym buddy one day and you really dont want to go alone.. once they see all the other people in the gym working toward their goals, this person will want to try to get to their level. maybe you can try this a couple times and then they will start wanting to go.</description>

i know that i had recently lost my motivation for exercise for many reasons, and i was struggling, but someone said to me that i should just get off my lazy behind and do it,  and they also offered me their support and i really appreciated this.</description>

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.</description>
