    just keep thinking “im gonna become fat if i dont stop” or try biking on a scenic route so you’ll feel refreshed and relaxed afterward (if you ride at a nice pace). hey, you could even have lunch in the middle of yur bikme ride- it shure beats sweating it out at the smelly gym.

  • I would say actually go on a bike ride, with a video camera strapped to your bike, and record the route you would take (like for a half hour). then just next time you want to go on your exercise bike, just plug it into a tv and watch it. its pretty sweet.

    try to think of how great you will look, with due diligence!

    By listening to the music, and visualizing how great I will look when I reach my stated goal. It helps me to keep a journal of what I did, ate, thought, etc. so I can see my progress. Keep up the good work!

  • I have travel videos that I watch, sometimes forget I’m on the bike.
    I belong to a cycling club and when it’s raining or too cold to ride we sometimes bring our trainers to someone’s house and do a group “ride”.
    Sometimes my gf will stop and chat with me or just provide encouragement.

    Watch a favorite tv show or video, or listen to music while peddling away pounds! Some people read, but I’m not that coordinated

  • Music or put a TV in front of it. It’s better than sitting on the couch.

    I bought one and I sat it in front of my tv turn on a good movie and go girl

  • Put the bicycle in front of the TV and you’ll be able to go for hours.

    Get a CD that has a compilation of songs. Upbeat, to get your motor going, and slower ones for cooling down and keeping you on longer.
    I use the Sliver movie soundtrack. Very old, but very good for working out! I envision myself running/biking through the mountains in a really awesome Nike outfit…hahahaa….with the slightest drizzle of rain.
