How Long Should You Wait After Eating To Exercise?

I have been on a very strict diet for about four months now. No greasy food or soda and I have managed to loose 20 lbs.
But I ate some Pizza about an hour ago.
How long should I wait to exercise to burn it off?
And how long before it turns into fat?

The general rule is wait one hour after eating before strenuous exercise. At least, that’s what they say about swimming.
Waiting 30 to 60 minutes is generally the accepted range. One slice of Pizza? Sheesh, c’mon girl don’t get all worked up over nothing. Five extra minutes at the gym is all you’ll need.
I would think 30 minutes.If you are young your metabalism is high and it will help to burn up the fat and the calories off.If you are older your metabalism slows up and it turns into fat right away.
It’s good to exercise after eating, but , you should wait til the food digests some. So I say about thirty minutes.
