    not many, the trainer in my local gym said its the least effective exercsie machine. i would personally go for a cross trainer they have one in argos £87 which has good reviews

    The link below is for a site where I bought my exercise machine, in the box that says ‘Buyers Guide’ on the right, click on ‘Stationary Bikes’ and it will open to show you. It also shows you which muscles other types of exercise machines will tone.

    This applies, as it says to stationary bikes. My current exercise bike has handlebars that move as you pedal, so this also exercises the arm and back muscles. It is similar to the one in Argos called *

    Victory Dual Action Magnetic Cycle.
    and is very good, particularly at their current offer price of £54.99.
    Incidentally, get someone to help you assemble it and remember that the pedals have right and left hand threads respectively.
    PS, read the Safety Insrtuctions carefully as it is important that you do not injure yourself.
