I am a female that is 180 lbs and that is 15 years old. I want to diet and exercise like Miley Cyrus. But I can’t find a website on where to find this information out on how to diet and get fit like her. If anyone can give me advice that would really be helpful or a website that I can go on. Thanks!

    Be realistic. First off, she’s incredibly rich and gets a lot of her meals catered to her, especially if she’s on tour. She has access to the finest gyms and personal trainers in California. Before a show, she does a dress rehearsal where she dances for hours. She does the same again for the actual show.
    You need to lose weight the way normal, not-rich-people lose weight. You need to track your calories carefully, get a little bit of cardio and weightlifting exercise – maybe half an hour or an hour a day, and you need to develop a hell of a lot of willpower when presented with greasy food.

    Why Miley Cyrus? The only reason she wold look different from any other lean girl is her bone structure. You could look up any diet to get lean and you’d get the same result. By the way, Miley isn’t that fit. She’s just thin. Ideally, you’ll want to have a lean and strong body. Miley just looks like she’s gonna break.
    Plus, let’s just take a step back. She’s crazy rich and she can pay for the best personal trainers around. Also, part of her show is the dance routines. Dancing is serious work and she must practice for hours all the time.
    Maybe you could buy a “Dance Away the Inches” video tape. They’re fun. I have the country dance and ballroom. It’s fun and it’s not boring. Plus the routines are actual dance moves that you could use in every day life.

    You have to be careful because a lot of these dieting websites are scams or can give you viruses. Since you are only fifteen, I would try seventeen.com which is a magazine, I know, but they have a section on fitness and gives you good dieting tips and exercises for teenagers. It’s great. My advice would be just get a lot of exercise that gets your heart beating! when your heart beats faster, you burn more fat so things like swimming laps, running, riding bikes or just do things like lunges or squats or sit-ups. I don’t know if you have on demand but there is a section called fitness t.v. and they have all kinds of exercise shows for free but they are so helpful to follow their exercises because they really know what they’re doing. as for dieting, you’re just a teen, don’t over-do it. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies but try to stay away from overeating and too much sugar and calories. For you, the most important thing is to exercise! good luck, and be patient, you will get to the weight you want to be eventually :D

    Besides, she’s not a very good role model….
    Just eat right and exercise. It’s the best you can do.. and do it for yourself, not to look like some celebrity
