when you sweat, its your body trying to cool you down. if it cold or the wind is blowing you dont notice any sweat cause it evaporates faster. on hot days or no wind the sweat stays cause there is nothing to take it away. its not and indication of how hard your working, just a thermometer
Perspiration is directly proportional to the heat generated in the body….
It takes a long time for the body to generate heat during the winter where as on the other hand it takes a short time for the body to generate heat during summer…….
so more the heat more the calories burning i.e your body fat gets burned up and converted to water…..also more water is used as it acts as a buffer……..so you loose more weight……..hence you can become thin during summer, where as you can make more more muscles during winter…….because whatever exercise you do is used to develop ur muscles……
Its a good practice to loose fat during summer and just develop muscles during winter.
AND yes drink lot of water during summer as the amount of exercise you do utilizes all the water and your muscles go dry if it dosent get adequate amount of water which might lead to muscles cramps as the amino acid develop.
If you’re doing the same work out, why would it be any different?
